Gibatbat ni LTC. Palmer Parungao sa 66th IB nga ang pagbiya ni Lobiano naka-demoralize sa organisasyon sa mga NPA.
“The influx of surrenders of NPA rebels will continue, those who do not surrender will have a bad end. Jaya’s surrender has brought great demoralization in their ranks, we expect that more of the members of thr Expedition platoon will come back to the better part of the society.”
