Ang iba pang ahensya na may CIF allocation sa 2025 national budget ay ang Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, Department of Justice, Department of Finance, Department of Transportation, Commission on Human Rights, Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation, and Unity Peace, Office of the Ombudsman, Commission on Audit, Anti-Money Laundering Council, Games and Amusement Board, at National Security Council.
