Aabot na sa ₱1.5 million na halaga ng tulong ang naipamahagi ng gobyerno at private partners sa mga pamilyang naapektuhan ng tail-end of frontal system sa Bicol Region at Western Visayas.
Ayon kay Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque, nasa 4,207 pamilya ang lumikas sa evacuation centers habang nasagip ang libu-lubong tao mula sa bahaing lugar.
Partikular ang mga nasa Bicol Region at Western Visayas ang nahatiran ng tulong sa pamamagitan ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).
Tulung-tulong na nagsasagawa ng rescue at relief operations ang Philippine Coast Guard, PCG Auxiliary, Philippine Army, Bureau of Fire Protection, Philippine National Police (PNP), Philippine Red Cross (PRC), Department of Education (DepEd), Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (DRRMO) at Local Government.
