Davao City – Gikasubo ni Police Regional Office XI Regional Director Police Chief Supt. Manuel Gaerlan ang kamatayon ni SPO1 Roger Padayogdog.

“Aside from criminal and administrative investigation we have a board that determines whether it is in line of duty or not and we call it Line of Duty Status Board. This particular board composed of several officers that will evaluate and decide once and for all and if the circumstances is connected with his being a police officer,” sumala ni Gaerlan.

“Iyong mga posts niya sa facebook there are some manifestations that he is disturbed and this could be part maybe years of exposure to stress sa trabaho,” matud ni Gaerlan.

Base sa nakita ni Gaerlan sa CCTV footage, gigukod ug nagpabuto si Padayogdog sa nirespondeng sakop sa Regional Mobile Force Batallion.
“Lumampas iyong patrol car at nakatayo na siya doon at hinabol niya ng shots. I saw three flashes hindi ko pa siya masyadong naano pero atleast I saw three flashes coming from his gun,” matud ni Gaerlan.
Naghimo na usab og motu propio investigation ang PRO XI samtang nakakustodiya ang mga pulis kinsa naka engkwentro ni Padayogdog.
