PCSO allocates 500 Charitimba for Quezon City 4th District

March 20, 2025. The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) turned over 500 Charitimba or food packs to the 4th District of Quezon City in a ceremony held at the PCSO Main Office in Mandaluyong City.
The donation, under the PCSO’s Corporate Social Responsibility Program, was received by Local Legislative Staff Officer III (LLSO III) Cecilie E. Ergina, on behalf of Councilor Nanette Castelo Daza.
“Each day, we face hardships in our daily lives, which is why we are grateful for this donation from the PCSO, as it helps supplement a family’s daily budget. The savings from these essentials can be used for other important family expenses, such as children’s education and purchasing medicines,” said LLSO III Cecilie E. Ergina.
Each Charitimba contains essential food items including rice, canned goods, coffee, and other staple products, aimed at providing food for the table of underprivileged families. The program prioritizes senior citizens, persons with disabilities (PWDs), and low-income households, ensuring they receive much-needed support.
The PCSO acknowledges its partnership with local and national government organizations, recognizing their vital role in delivering aid to vulnerable communities.
Under the Corporate Social Responsibility Program, the agency reaffirms its commitment to uplifting Filipino lives through its social initiatives.

“PCSO, Hindi Umuurong Sa Pagtulong.”
