Nampicuan, Nueva Ecija – On August 7, 2025, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), led by PCSO Director Imelda Papin, extended charity to the residents of Nampicuan, Nueva Ecija through the distribution of the ChariTimba, a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative for vulnerable sectors of society.
As part of the activity, food packs were distributed to senior citizens and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), offering much-needed support to local families.

Punong Bayan Mario Lacurom conveyed his appreciation for the aid extended to his constituents, stating, “Sa ngalan po ng Bayan ng Nampicuan, kami po ay lubos na nagpapasalamat sa buong pamunuan ng PCSO. This is a great relief for our residents. The resources they save from food expenses can now be allocated to other essential family needs.”
As a fourth-class municipality, Nampicuan is among the priority areas of the PCSO to implement programs such as Charitimba, ensuring that assistance reaches communities with greater socio-economic needs.

The event also featured a special musical performance by Director Papin, which brought added joy and entertainment to the community.
The program forms part of PCSO’s ongoing commitment to deliver hope, relief, and meaningful assistance to Filipinos in need across the country.
