SAN FERNANDO CITY, Pampanga — The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) officially turned over a new Patient Transport Vehicle (PTV) to the provincial government of Pampanga during the flag raising ceremony on 23 February 2026, at the Provincial Capitol, marking latest strategic partnership between the PCSO and the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Leading the turnover was PCSO Assistant General Manager for the Charity Sector, Atty. Lauro Patiag, and PCSO Pampanga Assistant Branch Manager Roselyn De Castro. The PTV unit was formally accepted by Vice Governor Dennis Pineda and other provincial officials. This new asset is designed to bridge the gap in local emergency logistics, providing a faster and more reliable way to transport patients to medical facilities.
The vehicle was provided under a Memorandum of Agreement between PAGCOR and the PCSO. Under this arrangement, the PCSO acts as the implementing arm to ensure that health-related equipment donated by PAGCOR reaches the communities and sectors that need them most.
The PCSO extends its appreciation to PAGCOR for its contribution to the country’s healthcare infrastructure. Through this collaboration, the PCSO reaffirms its role as a steadfast partner in the nation’s health and social welfare.
PCSO, Hindi Umuurong sa Pagtulong!
