PANDI, Bulacan — The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) distributed 500 ChariTimba to residents of Barangay Bagong Barrio on March 19, 2026, as part of its continuing outreach efforts to support communities in need.
The distribution was led by PCSO Director Jennifer Liongson- Guevara, together with PCSO Bulacan Branch Manager Rolando Bugnot Jr., Barangay Chairperson Dra. Mae Ann Nicolas, and members of the barangay council, at the Pandi Residence 2 covered court.
Chairperson Nicolas expressed her gratitude to PCSO for the assistance, noting that the ChariTimba would provide meaningful support to her constituents, particularly families facing daily economic challenges. She emphasized that such initiatives help ease households’ burden and strengthen community welfare.
“Lubos po kaming nagpapasalamat sa PCSO sa pagtiyak na ang tulong ay nakararating sa lahat ng sektor ng aming komunidad, lalo na sa kababaihan, kabataan, senior citizens, at persons with disabilities.”
The activity was conducted under PCSO’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, which aims to extend timely assistance and reinforce support systems for underserved and vulnerable communities.
