The aid package included ChariTimba food packs containing rice, canned goods, noodles, and coffee, as well as a comprehensive set of rescue and emergency kits, such as weighing scales, first aid kits, blood pressure apparatuses, nebulizers, thermal scanners, pulse oximeters, trauma bags, oxygen tanks with regulators, handheld radios, heavy-duty search lights, rescue ropes, stretchers, and life jackets.
This initiative forms part of PCSO’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program, which aims to deliver inclusive support to Filipinos nationwide. The program also strengthens the disaster preparedness of local government units and ensures timely assistance to communities in need.
