Mandaluyong City — The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) turned over medical devices and emergency rescue kits to Barangay Mamandil, Talavera, Nueva Ecija during a brief ceremony held at the PCSO Conservatory Building on August 4, 2025.
Leading the turnover was PCSO Assistant General Manager for Charity Sector, Lauro A. Patiag, who formally handed over the equipment to Barangay Mamandil officials. Receiving the donations was Barangay Captain Roy Diamsay received the donations, these resources will have on their community, especially their readiness during calamities and typhoons.
Among the items donated were two oxygen tanks, two trauma bags, two search lights, four shortwave radios, two rescue ropes, two stretchers, four helmets, four life jackets, and 50 evacuation supply kits.
This initiative forms part of PCSO’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program, which aims to provide inclusive assistance to Filipinos, seeking to strengthen the capacity of local government units in disaster preparedness and ensure swift aid to those in need.
