Mandaluyong City — October 6, 2025 — The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) reaffirmed its commitment to uplift communities and promote health and well-being through the turnover of 50 wheelchairs and 50 blood pressure devices to the Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte.
The ceremonial turnover was held at the PCSO Main Office in Mandaluyong City and was led by OIC General Manager Atty. Lyssa Grace S. Pagano, who personally handed over the mobility aids and medical equipment to Ilocos Norte Governor Cecilia Narciso Araneta Marcos on behalf of the provincial government.
The donation aims to support Ilocos Norte’s continuing health and welfare programs, particularly for elderly, differently abled, and medically vulnerable residents who rely on assistive and diagnostic equipment for improved quality of life.
In addition to the medical donations, PCSO shall also deliver 1,500 food packs to the province, intended for distribution to indigent families and other members of the vulnerable sector.

This initiative forms part of the PCSO’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program, which complements its flagship charity services and underscores its enduring mission to extend aid and compassion to Filipinos in need.
For nine decades, the PCSO has remained steadfast in its mission of nation-building through charity, ensuring that every peso from its gaming operations is transformed into meaningful assistance for communities across the country.
“Sa Bawat Taya, May Kawanggawa.”
