On February 19, 2021, PCSO Vice-Chairperson and General Manager Royina M. Garma led the ribbon cutting and official opening of its relocated Branch Office in Casiano National Government Office in Poblacion, Lingayen together with Pangasinan Governor Amado I. Espino III and  Lingayen Mayor Leopoldo N. Bataoil.

Patiag, Assistant General Manager for Charity Sector Ms. Julieta F. Aseo, Assistance General Manager for Gaming, Product Development and Marketing Sector Dr. Larry Cedro, Assistant General Manager for Management Services Sector Mr. Arnel Casas, Northern and Central Luzon (NCL) Department Manager Marissa O. Medrano, Pangasinan Asst. Branch Manager Ms. Mary Jane U. The relocation was made through the kindness of no less than Lingayen Mayor Bataoil who offered the PCSO an office space to house the PCSO Branch.  The transfer will give more Pangasinenses easy access to PCSO’s services especially the Medical Access Program (MAP), which includes Hospitalization, Chemotherapy, Hemo-Dialysis, Hemophilia and Post-Transplant/Operation medication.  Likewise, authorized agents of the Lotto in the region may transact their business with the new PCSO branch.

In her speech GM Garma expressed her wholehearted gratitude to the Pangasinan officials saying “Maraming maraming salamat po mula sa puso ng PCSO for all the support and generosity, mas mapapalapit ang mga taga Lingayen at lahat ng provinces ng Pangasinan sa PCSO because of this new location at the heart of the province.” She also informed the audience on the Convergence Project of the National Government from the Office of the President wherein resources from agencies that provides help and charity converge in times of calamities and assist displaced families.”
