Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office Vice Chairperson and General Manager Royina Marzan-Garma inked the Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs) with two approved Small Town Lottery (STL) applicants at the Gateway Hotel in Iloilo City on Friday, June 25, 2021.
Representatives of the 7 Aces Games and Amusements Corporation, Iloilo, and Iloilo Small Town Lottery Gaming Corporation were present during the MOA signing ceremony. Both of them are elated with the approval of PCSO, and are both excited for the inauguration of their offices.
Also present during the MOA signing were PCSO Visayas Manager Gloria F. Ybañez, Jose Manuel Villagracias, and staff from the Iloilo Branch, Ryan Avelino, Capiz Branch, Antique, and John Martin Alipao of Aklan
“We are truly excited to get ready and open our STL outlet. Naniniwala kami na maraming matutulungan ang PCSO STL tulad ng pagkakaron ng lokal na trabaho sa mga kababayan natin dito sa Iloilo at matulungan matugis ang mga illegal na aktibidad,” Lopenac said after the event.
In her speech, GM Garma congratulated the applicants and told them to urge the public to patronize the games of PCSO in order to help more Filipinos through the charity programs of the agency.
“Ang mga laro ng PCSO ay mga larong may puso. Laging sabihin natin sa publiko na ang pag-patronize sa PCSO ay pagtulong sa kapwa nila Filipino. Marami po tayong charity programs and activities sa PCSO. Gayon din, nagbibigay rin tayo sa mga institusyon na tumutulong sa publiko sa kanilang mga pangangailangan. Tunay na ang mga laro ng PCSO ay mga larong may puso,” GM Garma said.
