MANDALUYONG CITY — The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) donated 150 safety preparedness kits and five stretchers to the Municipal Government of Manabo on April 23, 2026, as part of its continuing commitment to strengthen local emergency response capabilities.
The turnover was led by PCSO Executive Assistant, Atty. Maria Katrina Nicole Contacto–Ventanilla, who personally handed over the assistance to Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Officer Engr. Francis Blancaflor.
The donated items are intended to support the municipality’s disaster preparedness efforts and improve its capacity to respond to emergencies and provide immediate aid to residents.
Under the agency’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program, the PCSO continues to deliver medical and humanitarian assistance to communities nationwide.
Through its sustained support to local government units, the PCSO helps strengthen grassroots public service systems and community care initiatives.
