PDG ALBAYALDE Strengthens PRO2 Logistical Capabilities

CAMP MARCELO A ADDURU, TUGUEGARAO CITY- Chief, PNP PDG OSCAR ALBAYALDE reinvigorated the morale of the Valley Cops during his third visit to PRO2 on December 3, 2018.

The Chief PNP led the blessing of the newly rehabilitated PRO2 Grandstand, newly constructed PRO2 Adoration Chapel, inauguration of the PRO2 Admin Building expansion project and other rehabilitation project within the Camp which were damaged by Typhoon Rosita.

Also part of the activity during his visit were the turn-over of 300 units caliber 5.56 Galil Ace; 180 units caliber 5.56 Emtan, 350 units 9mm pistol, 15 units Negev 5.56 mm, 10 units 7.62 mm, 240 pieces bandoliers for M16 rifles and 230 pieces tactical sling, Ceremonial Turn–over of Symbolic Key for the 4 Newly Constructed COMPAC of Solana Police Station, Signing of Deed of Donation and Turn-over of Hospital Equipment at the Regional Health Service 2 and the Blessing of PRO2 Church and Adoration Chapel at PRO2 St. Vincent Ferrer Chapel.


PDG ALBAYALDE in his message expressed his intention to intensify the PNP’s offensive operations against insurgents. “I want all PNP Units to conduct counter actions against fighting an offensive insurgence aid as collecting all firearms and equipment of police and military targets through ambush and targets,” he said.

The Chief PNP also reminded all PNP Units to start to be proactive to their efforts and to remain prepared, alert and ready to respond to all incidents requiring police action.” I don’t want any more casualties to the PNP side.
