Pinay barista sa Dubai, nagbalik ng bag na may lamang higit P9 milyon

Pinarangalan ng Bur Dubai Police Station ang pagiging matapat ng isang Pinay barista na nagbalik ng bag na may lamang mahigit P9 milyong halaga ng pera at gamit.

Sa kuhang bidyo at Instagram post ng naturang istasyon, pumunta si Acting DireGoctor Colonel Rashid Mohammed Saleh Al Shehhi sa coffee shop na pinagtratrabahuan ni Mae Ann Olmidillo para bigyan siya ng certificate of recognition at gantimpala.

Batay sa pulisya, nagsauli si Olmedillo ng bag na naglalaman ng Dh195,000 o P2.75 milyon, at dalawang cheke na nagkakahalagang Dh506,250 o pumapalo sa mahigit P7 milyon.

Natagpuan din sa loob ng bag ang isang check book at importanteng dokumento.

Ayon sa OFW, hindi siya nagdalawang isip na ibalik yung pera sa may-ari.

“Hindi po akin yun at alam kong may return si God para sa akin. Maraming salamat po,” pahayag ni Pinay barista.
