Maaari nang payagan ang mga biyahero mula sa NCR plus na magtungo sa mga tourist spots sa ilalim ng point-to-point o bubble arrangement.
Ito ay matapos aprubahan ng Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) ang guidelines para sa point-to-point air leisure travel ng Department of Tourism (DOT).
Ayon kay Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque, sa ilalim ng guidelines, magkakaroon lamang ng direct travel mula sa pupuntahang destinasyon na walang stopovers.
Dapat na lamang hintayin guidelines ng DOT hinggil dito.
