Giduso ni Committee on Health chair Councilor Joselle Villafuerte ang usa ka resolusyon para sa usa ka pagahimuong diyalogo uban ang mga opisyales sa ospital sa dakbayan, medical directors, City Health Office ug Department of Health XI.
Matud ni Villafuerte nga sa himuong diyalogo tukion ang mga angay himuong lakang aron pahugtan pa ang proteksyon sa mga pasyente ilawom kini sa Art. 2, Sec. 6 Philippine Medical Association’s Code of Ethics ug Right to Privacy and Confidentiality sa Bill of Magna Carta of Patient’s Rights and Obligations Act of 2017.
“We have not determined what cause the leak we have some informations but I want to confirm it when we convene,” segun niini.
Gikadismaya ni Villafuerte ang pagkatag sa imahe sa maong pasyente ug ‘meningo scare’ sa social media nga nakahatag pag dugang kasubo sa namatyang pamilya.
“Malaki ang impact nung magkalat iyon sa social media, so the mayor herself I think called the City Health Office to immediately issue an advisory and then shortly after that the DOH issued an advisory so medyo nakalma ang public,” dugang sa konsehala.
Matud ni Villafuerte nga angay nga i-revisit ang privacy and treatment protocols sa mga health care providers aron malikayan nga mahitabo pa og balik ang maong insidente.
