Based sa Executive Order No. 100, Series of 2020 nga ginpapanaug ni Iloilo Governor Toto Defensor, ipaidalum sa ADDITIONAL QUARANTINE PROCEDURES AND DISEASE PREVENTION AND CONTROL MEASURES batok sa COVID-19 ang mga kabanwahanan nga may CONFIRMED COVID-19 LOCAL TRANSMISSION.
Nasaad sa EO ni Governor Defensor nga ipatuman ang hugot nga Travel Restriction sa diin ang mahimu lamang makagwa kag makasulod sa banwa amu ang mga masunod:
A. Government officials/employees/personnel traveling in the performance/pursuit of their functions
B. Persons traveling to address a health emergency
C. Medical personnel and health/humanitarian workers traveling in the performance/pursuit of their functions
D. Persons otherwise authorized to travel within the Province and Iloilo City under the Enhanced Community Quarantine shall be allowed passage through the Quarantined Municipality/City/Barangay, to any point in the Province and/or Iloilo City
E. Persons providing frontline services, working/doing business on allowed establishments under EO 80, accompanying crew and driver of common carriers/transport vehicles/delivery trucks, for the conduct of trade/commerce/agriculture, delivery of social/humanitarian services, fishing/marine activities and scientific/academic pursuit.

Ginklaro ni Governor Defensor, nga kasubong nga Executive Order ang iga-apply sa mga kabanwahan nga may local transmission sang virus sa palaabuton.
Maga-epekto ang EO, alas 12:01 a.m. sa April 03, 2020.
