Operatives of Dipolog City Police Station and Sibutad Police Station conducted joint manhunt operation at Brgy Canim, Sibutad, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 2:00 PM of August 10, 2018. The operation led to the arrest of Jerome Tuyor y Jastiva, 29 years old, single, Mason/Carpenter by profession, resident of Brgy Biasong, Dipolog City.
This is by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Presiding Judge Rogelio D. Laquihon, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 7, Dipolog City dated August 8, 2018 for the Crime of “Qualified Seduction In Relation to R.A. 7610” docketed under Criminal Case number 22277 with recommended Bail amounting to Twenty Four Thousand Pesos [Php 24,000.00) for his temporary liberty.
The accused is now detained at said police station for proper disposition.
