NAIS lang magpatawa ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.
Ito ang ipinahayag ni Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo kaugnay sa rape joke ng Pangulo kahapon habang pinipirmahan ang order na nagpapatawad sa demerits na nagawa ng PMA underclassmen.
Matatandaan na muling nag-rape joke si Duterte sa kaniyang talumpati sa Philippine Military Academy (PMA) Class of 2019 graduation sa Baguio City. Ani Panelo, nagagawa lang ng Presidente na magbiro ng ganito upang patawanin ang mga tao bukod pa sa katotohanang sanay na ang madla sa ganitong uri ng biro.
“He made some mischievous remarks to make people laugh. People have been so used to his jokes hence his audience always receive them with hearty laughter,” sabi ni Panelo sa kaniyang text message sa mga reporter.
Nagbiro man, nagpakita rin ng kaseryosohan ang Panuglo nang sabihin nito na ang mga sundalo ay magsilbi at mamatay para sa bansa.
“Serve your country well. Die for your country if need be. Remember the young Filipinos yet to come, the children… and if you think the country is not run the [right] way and if it will destroy your country, you should know what to do,” ani Duterte.
“Be good soldiers. Protect the people, secure our sovereignty and preserve the integrity of our national territory,” dagdag pa niya.
