“Wag kayong mag-alala, tuloy-tuloy kayong makakatanggap ng buong sweldo — kahit yung mga Job Order na “no work no pay”. Gagawan natin ng paraan. Basta, mag-ingat, at hangga’t maaari sa bahay lang muna kayo,” pahayag ng alkalde sa Facebook post.
Dagdag ni Sotto, tatanggap ng hazard pay at iba pang benepisyong maasahan ang mga nasa frontline.

Nitong Lunes, ipinatupad ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang enhanced community quarantine sa buong Luzon bilang precautionary measure kontra coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
Dahil dito, mahigpit na ipinatutupad ang home quarantine, pagsuspinde ng operasyon ng transportasyon at ilang kompanya, pagre-regulate ng mga food at essential health services, at karagdagang pulis at sundalo na ide-destino sa checkpoint.
Sa huling datos ng Department of Health (DOH), umakyat na sa 187 ang kumpirmadong kaso ng COVID-19 sa Pilipinas kung saan 12 na ang namatay.
