Baguio, Philippines – Mayor Benjamin Magalong ordered today the lockdown of San Vicente barangay over repeated violations of the Enhanced Community Quarantine rules.Under such status, access to and from the barangay will be restricted including their marketing schedule except for Authorized Persons Outside Residences.Residents will have to coordinate with the barangays for their needs, the mayor said. – PIO Baguio
