Davao City – Mihangyo si Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio nga dili siya apilon o himuong rason sa pagpapili sa amahan niining si Presidente Rodrigo Duterte ug Senador Bong Go sa 2022 National Elections.
Sa official statement nga gipagula ni Mayor Sara kagahapong adlawa (Agosto 25, 2022) pinaagi sa iyang Official Facebook page, gibutyag niini nga personal nga gikumpirma ni Presidente Duterte kaniya nga mudagan kini pagka-bise presidente, samtang mudagan usab pagka-Presidente si Sendor Bong Go.
“The President, very recently, personally confirmed to me that he will run for Vice President and Senator Go as President. It was not a pleasant event,” tipik sa pamahayag sa mayor.
Gisugyot ni Mayor Sara, mas maayo nga ipahibalo sa publiko sa presidente ug Senador Go ang ilang desisyon aron masayran sa katawhan.
“If they can confirm it privately, then I do not see the reason why they cannot be candid about it to the public. They should simply present to the people what they can offer to our country and how they can help our fellow Filipinos,” segun sa alkalde
Bag-ohay lamang gidawat ni Presidente Duterte ang nominasyon sa iyang partido nga PDP-Laban sa pagdagan isip bise-presidente.
Samtang, sa pamahayag ni Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque kagahapong adlawa usab, dili matud pa mudagan sa pagka bise-presidente si Duterte kung mudagan isip pangulo ang anak nga si Inday Sara.
