A senior citizen from Tarlac has joined the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office’s (PCSO) growing list of millionaires after winning the ₱15,840,000.00 jackpot in the SuperLotto 6/49 draw on January 13, 2026.
The lucky bettor emerged as the sole jackpot winner after the winning combination 15–28–26–06–27–25 was drawn, a set of numbers he fondly referred to as his “alagang numero,” derived from his family members’ birthdays. He claimed his prize at the PCSO Main Office on January 14, 2026.
The winner shared that he relies on financial support from his children, which he uses to place his lotto bets.
When asked how long he had been playing the lotto, the senior citizen smiled and replied, “Ay, panahon pa po ni Ramos,” recalling that he has been a loyal patron of PCSO games for almost three decades.
The winner shared that he faithfully watches the nightly lotto draws on television, a routine he has kept for many years. On the night of the draw, he said he could hardly sleep after realizing that his numbers had all come out. “Alam ko na po agad na ako ang nanalo,” he said, recalling the moment with emotion.
Despite the life-changing win, the senior citizen remained humble and grounded. He said the prize money will be provided for his children, ensuring their future and security. “Ang napanalunan ay ipapamana na lang sa mga anak,” he shared.
PCSO reminds the public to play responsibly, as every wager placed becomes a chance to save lives and extend help to those in need.
The SuperLotto 6/49 draw is held three times a week—every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday at 9:00 PM, with live broadcast on IBC 13 and D8TV networks, and livestream on the PCSO official website (pcso.gov.ph), PCSO Games Hub, PCSO’s Facebook page, and YouTube channel.
