Agig batikos kang Duterte, gipikhan niya ang pamuno-nasud sa mga byahe niini pauli dinhi sa Davao matag semana, ang gastoso kaayong plano nga constitutional amendments diin gikinahanglan sa dihang tukoron na ang nagkadaiyang mga federal states.
