Suma Total sa Straight to the Point: Art of Messaging

Davao City – How do you handle a President who speaks in a very unconventional language, full of cursing and attacks and threats against his critics whom he refers to as ‘bleeding hearts’?

Unsa kaha ang istratehiyang buhaton ni newly-installed presidential spokesperson Harry Roque the equally colorful political personality who likewise minces no words and attacks his assigned prey with much gusto?

Dili masayon ang pag-prente karon ni Roque sanglit maha-it gayud manulti si Duterte, there will always be times when he will not only be summoned to cover the President’s back but take the bullet, as it were for the unpalatable and often unsavory remarks of the Chief Executive directed against his worst critics and detractors such as the US, the European Union, Agnes Callamard and the likes.

I am greatly excited and I really, really look forward to the day – and it will definitely come, believe me – when Roque will have to cross swords, fight it out tooth-and-nail, Ultimate Fighter and Mixed Martial Arts-style against the likes of Sen. Antonio ‘Sonny’ Trillanes IV, Duterte’s political nemesis ang arch-rival and the so-called ‘Maleficent Seven’ Liberal Party senators including the so-called international human rights advocates who accuse this administration of waging a war of attrition and genocide against its own people thru this very controversial war on drugs.
