I know nasabtan ko karon sa atong mga awtoridad nga naminaw sa atong tulumanon on what I mean by that suggestion.
It could not be done by the police alone, that is why we have the so-called Five Pillars of our Criminal Justice System: Law Enforcement, the Prosecution, the Courts, the Corrections and most of all, the Community – kita.
