Davao City- We must proceed with utmost care and extreme caution when we consider the option of governing from the ruins of a dead regime. Angay kitang maghinay-hinay sanglit sa matag authoritarian rule, anaa gayud ang dili kalikayang sakripisyo sa atong mga personal nga katungod ug kagawasan.
Sa hisgotanang pagpadaplin sa atong mga indibidwal nga katungod, angay hinumdoman nga kini angayang sekondariya sa mas daku ug mas halapad nga interes nga mao ang seguridad kon dili man gani ang survival mismo sa atong gawasnong pagkinabuhi ilawom sa usaka demokaratikanhong sosyedad ug pamuyo.
Alang nako, kun ang hulga batok sa atong kagawasan real ug anaa na naglatok mismo sa atong nawong ug agtang, adunay igong moral basis ang pagdepensa sa atong komunidad ug nasud pinaagi sa pag-establisar ug mas lig-on nga gobyerno ug katilingban.
Alangan man kun ato na lang pasagdang modaug ang kaatbang kinsa dili usab magpanuko sa paggamit sa pwersa haron ipursigi ang ilang kaugalingong adyenda ug mga katuyuan.
Apan ang revolutionary government scenario angay konsiderahon nga ‘option of last resort or last recourse’ when all instruments for normalization are no longer working, such as our law enforcement operatives, our governmental institutions, our courts of law and our justice system, our electoral process and the like.
At the end of the day, the choice on what course of action to take rests upon the shoulders of the ones in power. We the governed have all the right to join or to oppose the choice of action or response when there is already clear and present or imminent danger but it is the leader who will ultimately answer for the judgment of history.
