Base sa monitoring report National Electrification Administration Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Department, naibalik na ang power supply sa 437 mula sa 473 cities at municipalities na sineserbisyuhan ng 43 electric cooperatives.
Balik-operasyon na ang 35 sa mga electric cooperatives sa Benguet, Ifugao, Mountain Province, Kalinga, La Union, Pangasinan, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Aurora, Bataan, Pampanga, Tarlac, ilang bahagi ng Zambales, Nueva Ecija, ilang parte ng Quezon, Laguna, Batangas, Romblon, Masbate, Sorsogon, at ilang parte ng Camarines Sur.
98 to 99 percent naman ng na-restore ang power supply sa Zambales I Electric Cooperative Inc., Quezon II Electric Cooperative Inc., Camarines Norte Electric Cooperative Inc., Camarines Sur I Electric Cooperative Inc. at Camarines Sur II Electric Cooperative Inc.
Habang 90.41% naman sa Camarines Sur III Electric Cooperative, Inc. (CASURECO III).
