Naghahanda na ang Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) para sa pag-activate ng task group na tututok sa Taal Volcano response.
Ayon kay DSWD Disaster Response Management Group Undersecretary Felicisimo Budiongan, tututukan ng task group ang pag-preposition ng additional food and non-food items, deployment ng quick response teams.
Nakapaghatid na ang DSWD ng additional 3,000 hygiene kits, 5,000 sleeping kits, 5,000 family kits at 5,000 Family Food Packs (FFPs) sa Batangas Sports Complex, habang 2,000 hygiene kits sa Canyon Woods, sa Laurel, Batangas.
