A bettor from Quezon City, a blue-collar worker in the transportation industry, has won the ₱8-million jackpot prize from the PCSO Mega Lotto 6/45 draw held on November 28, 2025.
The winner, who has been placing lotto bets since 1995, claimed his prize at the PCSO Main Office in Mandaluyong City on December 1, 2025, presenting the ticket with the winning combination 01-05-37-31-18-19.
He shared that he played three random six-number combinations for this draw, choosing his numbers with what he called a “carefree approach.” Over the years, he developed a habit of heading to the nearest lotto outlet from his residence to place a bet whenever he had extra money and saw that the jackpot prize was nearing the ₱20-million mark.
Now a newly minted multimillionaire, the transport worker said he is determined to manage his winnings wisely. At the top of his priority list is acquiring his own transportation units to expand his livelihood. He also hopes to finally purchase a family home, a long-held dream he never expected to fulfill this soon.
He added that he is also thinking of starting a small eatery or sari-sari store, viewing it as a practical investment that could help secure his family’s future.
