The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) welcomed two new millionaires today, October 1, 2025, at its main office in Mandaluyong City, as they claimed their jackpot prizes from recent Lotto draws.
The first winner was a middle-aged laborer from Quezon City, who became the lone winner of the MegaLotto 6/45 draw held on September 29, 2025. His winning combination, 30-20-23-40-12-14, earned him a staggering ₱56,078,818.00. According to the lucky bettor, he relied on a Lucky Pick when placing his bet. Practical with his newfound fortune, he shared that he intends to save the bulk of his winnings in a time deposit to secure his future.
Meanwhile, the second winner, a housewife from Cebu, clinched the jackpot for the Lotto 6/42 draw on September 27, 2025. Her winning numbers, 21-29-12-11-24-05, brought her a total prize of ₱29,935,246.80. Unlike the first winner, she already has entrepreneurial plans in mind and revealed that she intends to put up a “lechon” business as her way of building a stable livelihood from her winnings.
With these two winners, PCSO proves once again that luck can strike at any time and in any place, turning ordinary bettors into instant millionaires.
Under the TRAIN Law, all lotto winnings above ₱10,000 are subject to a 20% tax deduction, which is automatically withheld from the total jackpot prize before being released to the winners.
The MegaLotto 6/45 game is drawn three times a week, every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:00 PM.
Meanwhile, the Lotto 6/42 is also held three times a week, with draws scheduled every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 9:00 PM.
All draws are conducted live and are broadcast through PCSO’s official channels, including IBC-13, D8TV, and PCSO’s Facebook and YouTube pages, ensuring transparency and accessibility for the betting public.
PCSO continues to remind the public that every ticket purchased contributes to its charity fund, which supports health and welfare programs for Filipinos nationwide.
