Naghain ngayong araw, June 27, si Vice President Sara Duterte ng kaniyang counter affidavit sa office of the Ombudsman para sagutin ang reklamong inihain ng House of Representatives laban sa kaniya sa isyu ng umano’y maling paggamit ng confidential funds.
Matatandaang, sampung araw ang ibinigay sa bise presidente at sa ilan nitong tauhan sa Department of Education (DepEd) at Office of the Vice President (OVP) para magpaliwanag laban sa mga reklamong isinampa ng HOR .
Ito ay para sa mga kasong plunder, technical malversation, falsification, use of falsified documents, perjury, bribery, corruption of public officers, at betrayal of public trust and culpable violation of the constitution.
