Ini base sa Proclamation No. 555 ni presidente Rodrigo Duterte.
Ang Philippine Information Agency (PIA) liwat man nga nagremind sa publiko angot diri paagi sa isa ka twitter post.
“Feb. 5, 2019 is a special non-working day in PH🇵🇭.
Employers are once again reminded to pay the right wages of their employees, especially those who will work on this day.”
