Walong ahensya ng pamahalaan ang itinalagang lead agencies para sa pag-host ng Pilipinas sa ASEAN Summit.
Ayon sa ASEAN National Organizing Council, itinalagang ASEAN NOC chairperson si Executive Secretary Ralph Recto.
Ang Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) naman ang siyang itinalaga sa Committee on Security, Peace and Order, Emergency Preparedness and Response.
Ang Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) naman ang in-charge sa Committee on Infrastructure.
Ang Department of Transportation (DOTr) at Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) naman ang mamumuno sa Committee on Transport and Communications.
Ang Department of Tourism (DOT) naman ang hahawak sa Committee on Tourism, Hospitality, Tours, Social Events and Site Enhancement.
Ang Department of Budget and Management (DBM) naman ang in-charge sa Committee on Finance, Budget and Procurement.
Habang ang Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) ang mamumuno sa Committee on Business and Investment Promotion.
At ang Presidential Communications Office (PCO) ang mamamahala sa Committee on Media Affairs and Strategic Communications.
Magtutulungan naman ang Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), DTI, at Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) sa Special Committee of Senior Officials for Substantive Matters.
