As of 3:00 am today, the center of Tropical Depression DOMENG was estimated, based on all available data, at 700 km East of Guiuan, Eastern Samar with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 60 km/h. It is forecast to move Northwest at 15 km/h.
Visayas, Mindanao and the regions of Bicol, CALABARZON and MIMAROPA will experience cloudy skies with moderate to occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms due to ITCZ/TD.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country may experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
