Metro Manila and the rest of Northern and Central Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeast Monsoon. Meanwhile, the rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.
Northern and Central Luzon can experience moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough seas. On the other hand, Visayas and Mindanao and the rest of Luzon will experience light to moderate winds with slight to moderate seas.
