SYNOPSIS: Southwest Monsoon affecting Extreme Northern Luzon. Ridge of High Pressure Area (HPA) affecting the rest of Luzon and Visayas.
FORECAST: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or chances of occasionally heavy rains and gusty winds due to thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
Moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the southwest will prevail over Extreme Northern Luzon and the coastal waters along this area will be moderate to occasionally rough. Light to moderate coming from the south to southwest will prevail over the rest of Luzon and Visayas and from the southeast to south over Mindanao with slight to moderate seas.
