Moderate to occassionally strong winds blowing from the southwest will prevail over Extreme Northern Luzon and the coastal waters along this area will be moderate to occasionally rough. Light to moderate winds coming from the south to southwest will prevail over the rest of Luzon and Visayas and from the south over Mindanao with slight to moderate seas.
