10 Concerts na Hindi Mo Dapat Palampasin Ngayong 2019

Mahigit 20 international acts na ang nagpaparamdam ng concert ngayong bagong taon. Manila, ready na ba ang puso at wallet mo ngayong 2019?

Narito ang 10 pinaka-inaabangang concerts na hindi mo dapat palampasin ngayong taon:

 

1. MOMOLAND Fanmeeting in Manila


BAAM! Magbabalik-bansa ang viral nine-member South Korean girl group Momoland upang magpakilig sa kanilang “Merry-Go-Round” fans ngayong January 25.

Mapapanood sa Smart Araneta Coliseum para sa “Momoland Fanmeeting in Manila” sina Hyebin, Yeonwoo, Jane, Taeha, Nayun, Daisy, JooE, Ahin, at Nancy. Sila ang nagpasikat ng dance craze na “Bboom Bboom” at “BAAM.”

 

2. BLACKPINK 2019 World Tour In Your Area Manila

Going solo man o with friends, hindi palalampasin ng mga “Blinks” ang nalalapit na concert ng four-pieced South Korean girl group Blackpink. Halos 500 million views na sa YouTube ang kanilang viral hits na “BOOMBAYAH” at “As If It’s Your Last”, at halos 600 million views sa “DDU-DU DDU-DU.”

Mapapanood sina Jennie, Jisoo, Lisa, at Rose ngayong February 2 sa Mall of Asia Arena.

 

3. KODALINE Politics of Living Tour in Manila

All I want is nothing more… than a Kodaline concert! Ang Irish rock band na binubuo nina Steve Garrigan (singer), Mark Prendergast (guitarist), Jason Boland (bassist), at Vinny May (drummer) ay muling haharanahin ang Pilipinas with their hits mula sa third album na “Politics of Living.”

Matatandaang kabilang sa front act performance ang Kodaline sa music and arts festival na Wanderland 2018. Mapapakinggan ang kanilang hit songs na “High Hopes” at “All I Want” ngayong February 26 sa New Frontier Theater.

 

4. MAROON 5 Red Pill Blues Tour in Manila

You will be loved sa paparating na Red Pill Blues Tour in Manila ng American pop rock band Maroon 5. Mapapanood ng live sina Adam Levine (vocalist), Jesse Carmichael (keyboardist), Mickey Madden (bassist), James Valentine (lead guitarist), Matt Flynn (drummer), PJ Morton (keyboardist), at Sam Farrar (multi-instrumentalist) ngayong March 5 sa Mall of Asia Arena.

Kasama sa Red Pill Blues album ang mga hit singles na “Girls Like You”, “Wait”, at “What Lovers Do”. Fourth placer sa Top 100 Most Viewed Vevo Videos of All Time ang kantang “Sugar” ng Maroon 5.

 

5. Pulp Summer Slam XIX: The Second Coming

Sa kanilang pang-19 na taon, muling makikipagrakrakan ang longest-running Southeast Asia’s outdoor metal festival na Pulp Summer Slam ngayong 2019 na gaganapin sa Amoranto Stadium. Kabilang sa lineup ang bandang Slayer, Thy Art Is Murder, SikTh, Emmure, at Her Name In Blood. Abangan ang metal rock bands sa darating na March 23.

 

6. Wanderland 2019

17 local and international indie acts combined ang kukumpleto ngayon sa annual music and arts festival Wanderland na gaganapin sa Filinvest City Events Ground, March 9 at 10.

Ang mga best of the best indie artists na kabilang sa line up ay sina Alina Baraz, Clairo, Masego, JMSN, Mac Ayres, SG Lewis, Charlie Lim, The Kooks, Two Door Cinema Club, Adoy, Dayaw, Autotelic, Sandwich, Honne, Unique Salonga, Reese Lansangan, at Clara Benin. Available na rin sa Spotify ang playlist na “W2019: WAVE 1” na naglalaman ng mga kanta ng indie artists.

 

7. TROYE SIVAN Bloom Tour in Manila

Handa na para sa kanyang first ever concert in Manila ang singer-songwriter na si Troye Sivan ngayong May 1 sa Mall of Asia Arena para sa Bloom Asia Tour. May mahigit six million subscribers sa YouTube at mahigit eight million followers ang Australian singer na kumanta ng “Youth”, “Dance To This”, at “My My My”.

 

8. LAUV Asia Tour 2019 in Manila and Cebu

Not one but two concert dates ang aabangan ng mga fans ng American singer-songwriter na si Ari Staprans Leff a.k.a Lauv para sa kanyang Lauv Asia Tour 2019 dito sa Pilipinas. Kabilang sa mga kantang pinasikat ni Lauv ang “I Like Me Better”, “Paris in the Rain”, at “There’s No Way”. Gaganapin ang concert sa May 20 sa Smart Araneta Coliseum, at May 21 sa Waterfront Hotel Cebu.

 

9. LANY Malibu Nights Tour in Manila

Concert is sweeter the second time around para sa mga fans ng three-member indie pop band LANY ngayong July 24. Kilala ang trio band sa kanilang sikat na kantang “ILYSB”, “Super Far”, at “Malibu Nights”.

10. THE 1975 in Manila

Feel the 80s indie vibes again sa pagbabalik-Pilipinas ng British pop rock band na The 1975 para sa kanilang concert na gaganapin sa Mall of Asia Arena, September 11. Nag-release ng pangatlong album ang The 1975 na pinamagatang “A Brief Inquiry into Online Relationships” na may hit songs na “TOOTIMETOOTIMETOOTIME”, “Love It If We Made It”, at “It’s Not Living (If It’s Not With You)”. Binubuo ang quartet band nina Matthew Healy (vocalist), Ross MacDonald (bassist), George Daniel (drummer), at Adam Hann (lead guitarist).
