Giila ang suspek nga si Kimberth Hambala hamtong ang panuigon nga gi-raid ang panimalay sa tropa sa PDEA 12 kung asa narekober ang one (1) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet of white crystalline substance suspected to be Methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu balor og (Php 136,000.00), six (6) pieces open transparent plastic sachets with traces of suspected shabu, one (1) pair surgical scissors, two (2) improvised disposable lighters with needle, one (1) roll aluminium foil ug one (1) empty transparent plastic sachet.
Nakabayolar karon ang suspek sa Section 11 (Possession of Illegal Drugs) and Section 12 (Possession of Drug Paraphernalia), Article II of Republic Act 9165 o ang Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 ang ipasang-at batok sa suspek.
