Manila, Philippines – Lusot na sa ikawalang pagbasa sa Kamara ang P3.767 trillion proposed national budget.
Sa pamamagitan ng viva voce voting, inaprubahan ng Kamara ang house bill no. 6215 o ang 2018 proposed general appropriations act.
Pinakamalaking alokasyon ay inilaan sa social services na nagkakahalaga ng P1.45 trillion o 38 porsiyento ng panukalang budget.
Kabilang sa top 10 agencies na pinaglaanan ng pinakamalaking pondo ay ang:

Mas mataas ng 12.4 percent ang 2018 budget kumpara noong isang taon.
Una nang sinertipikahang urgent ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang pagpasa sa 2018 proposed National Budget.
