Cauayan City, Isabela- Kinumpirma ni PCapt Joesbert Asuncion, hepe ng PNP Luna na isasailalim sa 14-day Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) ang bayan ng Luna na magsisimula ngayong araw, Enero 25, 2021.
Sa panayam ng 98.5 iFM Cauayan kay PCapt Asuncion, hinihintay na lamang ang Executive Order mula sa Mayors Office subalit kanyang sinabi na ngayon na ang unang araw ng MECQ sa Luna.
Kahapon aniya ay nagsagawa ng Oplan Bandillo ang kapulisan upang ipabatid sa mga residente ang pagsasailalim sa MECQ dahil na rin sa pagtaas ng kaso ng COVID-19 sa bayan.
Nakaalerto naman ang kapulisan sa Entry at Exit checkpoint para mabantayan ang mga pumapasok o lalabas sa bayan.
Mahigpit naman na ipapatupad ang ibinabang MECQ guidelines gaya ng mga sumusunod:
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Curfew from 8:00pm to 4:00am (exempted are health workers and mall employees)
2. Liquor Ban
3. Only APOR are allowed to go outside
4. Restaurants shall be TAKE OUT only
5. Salons and Barber shops are closed
AUTHORIZED PERSONS (APOR)
1. Accessing essential good and services
2. For Work/industries, Farming,
3. All APOR working outside the Municipality are required to undergo ANTIGEN TEST at the RHU, to make sure we dont contaminate other LGU’s (FREE OF CHARGE)
TRANSPORTATION
1. No Public Transportation
2. No Backriding
GOVERNMENT
1. Skeletal force and others work from home
2. Sangguniang Sessions Suspended
GATHERINGS
1. No gatherings allowed (celebrations etc.)
2. Religious gatherings limited to 5 people only
EXERCISE
1. Limited outdoor exercise allowed (walking and jogging only but with no companion) and within your barangay only
2. BIKING shall not be allowed
