Ang mga opisyales sa KBP – Cebu Chapter nagkapundok rung adlawa sa Golden Prince Hotel, Cebu City arun pangandaman ang schedule sa mga activities para sa Broadcaster’s Month. Mga station managers ug program directors sa nagkalain-laing media outlets ang mitambong para mupa-ambit sa ilang mga ideya kung unsaon pa pagpanindot ang maong selebrasyon. Suma pa sa pangu sa maong organisasyon, ang KBP mupahigayon og mga symposium kabahin sa HIV awareness, disaster preparedness, relationship problems, etc. Usa ka symposium matag semana, naay opening ug closing salvo, ug 3 consecutive days nga selebrasyon o lingaw lingaw alang sa tanang mga istasyon nga myembro sa KBP. Ang maong organisasyon mamahimung aktibo pud sa pagsalmot sa mga kalihukan sa Press Freedom Week nga pagahimuon sa ika-tulong semana sa Agusto.
(The officers of the KBP – Cebu Chapter convene today at the Golden Prince Hotel, Cebu City finalizing the schedule of activities for the Broadcaster’s Month. Station managers and program directors from different media outlets share their ideas on how to make this year’s celebration relevant and extra colorful. As per the current president of the KBP – Cebu Chapter, the organization will hold series of talks to tackle issues on HIV awareness, disaster preparedness, relationship problems, etc. The KBP will organize a symposium weekly this month, opening and closing salvo, and a 3-day celebration for all reporters, writers, drama talent, djs, tech people, admin staff and all KBP members. The organization will also actively participate in this year’s Press Freedom Week to commence on the 3rd week of August.)
