CENECO Power Advisory – December 16 & 17, 2017

Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that, maintenance activities will be conducted on December 16 (Saturday) and 17 (Sunday). This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of these outages are as follow:

Date: December 16, 2017 – Saturday

Reasons:


· Conversion of 51-span V-phase primary line to 51-span 3-phase primary line;
· Uprating of two 37.5kVa open delta to three 75kVa private distribution transformers in platform and accessories and secondary metering and service wires located at Hda. San Ramon, Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Municipality of Murcia; and
· Tree trimming covering R14 of Murcia Feeder 2.

Time: 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Areas Affected: Brgy. Alegria, Brgy. Sta. Cruz, portion of Brgy. Salvacion, Oliva 1, Brgy. Blumentritt of Municipality of Murcia, portion of Brgy. Granada, Bacolod City (Villa Ramos, Consolacion, Miranda, Hda. Baribar, Sto. Domingo)

Reasons:
· Mid-span erection of one 40-ft. concrete pole and one 35-ft. stud pole; and
· Installation of four 25kVa and six 37.5kVa distribution transformers and accessories.

Time: 6:00AM to 8:00AM

Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons. When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
