CENECO SETS POWER INTERRUPTIONS ON MARCH 24 & 25
Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that, maintenance activities will be conducted on March 24 & 25, Saturday and Sunday. This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of these outages are as follow:

Reasons:
· Pole erection, dressing, final stringing, tapping and Air-Break Switch mounting – temporary closure of Air-Break Switch bus bar pole #119-120, stringing of 1-span 69kV line and mounting Air-Break Switch mechanism at poles #119-123;
· Install Air-Break Switch mechanism at pole #119 and uprating 69kV protection of Mt. View 10 MVA Substation and Feeders;
· Preventive Maintenance Servicing of 10 MVA and 20 MVA Power Transformer, Mt. View Substation, Brgy. Mandalagan, Bacolod City;
· Isolate lateral of Mt. View 69kV Transmission Lines;
· Replacement of rotten pole covering MF1 to MF5 Feeders, Mt. View Substation, Brgy, Mandalagan, Bacolod City; and
· Open Bacolod-Silay 69kV Breaker (in case the lateral of Mt. View 69kV Air-Break Switch malfunction).
