Pinaniniwalaang nalansag na ng pinagsanib na pwersa ng PDEA Regional Office
5, PRO5-RID, RDEU, Albay PIB, Legazpi CPS-SWAT, MIG5, TOG5, NISG-NAVFORSOL,
MICO, RPSB5 at NBI ang limang myembro ng binansagang Loveriza Drug Group sa
Legazpi City.
Ito ay matapos magsagawa ng pananaliksik ang mga kapulisan sa bisa ng
search warrants na inisyu ni Hon. Elmer M. Lanuzo, Excutive Judge ng
Legazpi City RTC Branch 6 sa residensiya ng limang persona na
pinaniniwalaang mga myembro ng nasabing grupo.
Nasa 144 grams na pininiwalaang shabu ang nakumpiska ng otoridad na may
street value na umaabot sa 864,000 pesos.
Ayon sa report ng PDEA CamSur na naka-post sa fb, “Neutralization of
Loveriza Drug Group Members. On March 21, 2018, joint elements of PDEA
Regional Office 5, PRO5-RID, RDEU, Albay PIB, Legazpi CPS-SWAT, MIG5, TOG5,
NISG-NAVFORSOL, MICO, RPSB5 & NBI simultaneously implemented 5 Search
Warrants issued by Hon. Elmer M. Lanuzo, Executive Judge, RTC Branch 6,
Legazpi City at the residences of Eduardo Espineda y Detablan @ Butch, Gina
Cipres y Guinto, Noli Cipres, Ricky Tripulca y Dowabe @ Ricky, Arturo
Romero y Menes @ Komeng all of Brgy. 28, Victory Village, Legazpi City.
More or less 144 grams of suspected Methamphetamine Hydrochloride was
seized with estimated street value of Php. 864,000.00. 44 individuals were
requested to undergo on-site drug testing and 17 turned out positive.”
