Hinikayat ng grupong Federation of Free Workers (FFW) ang Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) na isama ang mga health care worker sa private sector na ilibre sa Reverse Transcription – Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) test.
Ayon kay FFW President Atty. Sonny Matula, malaking kabawasan sa hanay ng mga health care workers sa pribadong sector kung maisasama sila ng libre lalo na ngayong panahon na may pandemya.
Una rito sinabi ni Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III na sasagutin ng Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) ang RT-PCR test na nakapaloob sa Joint Memorandum Circular No. 20-04 series of 2020, o Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) at DOLE Supplemental Guidelines on Workplace Prevention and Control of COVID-19.
