Sumala pa sa Department of Information and Communication Technology nga prayoridad nilang butangan ang mga national ug local offices, public basic education institutions, public hospitals, health centers, rural health units ug public parks, plaza, library, barangay reading center, public airports, seaports ug public transport terminals. Dugang pa sa DICT magbutang silag signage’s sa mga free wifi areas, giklaro pud nila nga 2mbps ang minimum speed nga maong nakasaad sa batas. Giklaro pud sa DICT nga abre sila sa mga private sectors nga gusto makig tabang para sa free wifi program.
